There is a need for a protected Intra Country net (could be called Community Net) which should be under the Ministry
of Home Affairs. This system should quickly check the outgoing requests and the nature of the request if it is in regards to local
websites or information systems there should be a local access policy that governs how the site is accessed. This will in turn protect the integrity of ones right to privacy when retrieving information that is important for the country but not wanting others in the world
outside to know that they have looked up that site to protect ones interests not letting the world know that they are interested in a certain piece of information which holds dear to them. outside access to these sites are allowed but
inside access to these same sites should be considered private and no outside hacker should be able to gain access to
such information. In other words the sites can be accessed by both international and local people however the international people will not be able to identify who is accessing a local website if the person is within Tanzania. Internet Privacy holds many benefits in protecting national interests avoiding eavesdropping that can cause risks to national security. especially with regards to the Military websites and government plans.
