Cutting Fruits and Vegetables for better Digestion

I was preparing some vegetable salad yesterday when I noticed the following things: 1. I saw that if you cut your vegetables into tinier pieces it will improve your digestion immensely! 2. Each Time I cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, they became juicier and my taste buds started to tingle.
