Smoothies are fruit punches which are kinda heavier than normal fruit juices. Smoothies improve digestion and are a quick source of energy when you desperately need it. They are ideal for hard workers who don't have enough time to cook.

Smoothies are also called Dadodomaza's or Bomshnizle's you can make many variants, all you need to do is to choose some fruits that you want to use for your smoothie, peal the fruit and grind into an extract. You can add water to your liking.
