<^BannApple Smoothie^>


Have 2 bananas!!!

Quench your thirst with a healthy tasty smoothie. Scientifically fructose is a kind of sugar that is very useful for the human body it is not like sucrose in which if you exceed its use u can have problems. Fructose is very natural sugar found in fruits...
Smoothies are thick liquid fruit mixes made by blending fruits together... In our smoothies we prefer not to add sugar because they are naturally sweet.

All you need are (serving 2-3 glasses):

-> 1 mixer.
-> measuring jar. (there are Mixers which come with jars, These are proper smoothie machines)
-> a knife.
-> an apple.
-> 2 bananas.
-> cold drinking water.

What to do:

-> peal the apple and chop pieces into the measuring jar.
-> peal the bananas and chop them into the measuring jar.
-> mix the fruit together.
-> add drinking water till the smoothie is semi thick.
-> blend and drink!!!

... Feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations like pawpaws, oranges and watermelons.. etc.
