Hi Readers...
sometimes we find ourselves at home and have nothing interesting to do. I decided to cook a dish I had Neva cooked before or even seen in the papers, I can say I'm a decent cook and the sauce turned out just right. I decided to cook a chicken sauce dish which can be eaten with chips, pasta or rice. The ingredients are (for a serving of four):
=> One ckicken
=> 2 regular sized onions
=> 3 tomatoes
=> 1 greenpepper
=> 1/2 lemon
=> tomato sauce
=> Spur Seasoning Salt Original & Spicy
=> Babbecue Spice
=> A pinch of Salt (1/2 tea spoon)
... These are the main ingredients, you can add spices of your choosing to get a different flavour.
Cooking...
1. Defrost the chicken and separate all bones so that you are left only with the meat.
2. Cut the chicken into sizable chunks.
3. Prepare and chop up the tomatoes, onions, and green pepper.
4. Put some vegetable or olive oil into the saucepan and let it heat up a bit.
5. Fry the onions first until they are slightly brown.
6. Add the tomatoes and mush them into a stew.
7. Add the boneless chicken pieces into the mixture and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
8. Keep adding water when the sauce dries.
9. Now add the green pepper to the mix with the spices, salt and tomato sauce.
10. Squeeze the lemon into the mix filtering out the seeds with a sift.
11. Cover the sauce and let it shimmer for 2 min.
