This Week is Paper Week...

while paper planes are fun for young boys and girls, there are some folding activities for older people and youth...

THIS is THE great JAPANESE art of ORIGAMI!!

I found a good site and I myself am planing on getting into it because {don't laugh} I was never any good at it. It is a beautiful art form where you can create swans, people and beautiful flowers from it...

If you have a sick loved one you can write a get well message and fold it in a special design to cheer them up at the same time showing that you care. You can send your girlfriend a rose folded origami when you want to take her out. It is a very delicate gift that will be sure to touch her heart because no one she has been with would have thought of that.

Origami needs patience to learn. here are a few sites that I ran into:

Site 1.

Site 2.

...With deep interest you can make a whole scene with origami for instance you can create a village folding huts, people, trees, etc. DO NOT LIMIT YOURSELF!!
